Clinically intelligent cross-links: the exercise intake reads the patient's own record — retinopathy eye exam missing — and automatically downgrades workout intensity with a booking link.

مساعد ذكاء اصطناعي داخل التطبيق (د. حكيم) موصول بـClaude بأدوات حجز حقيقية تُدخل سجلات فعلية وتعيد رسم واجهة المواعيد.
روابط سريرية ذكية: استقبال التمارين يقرأ سجل المريض نفسه — فحص شبكية غير مسجّل — فيخفّض شدة التمرين تلقائياً مع رابط حجز.
Clinical calculations in the interface
Live PhenoAge biological age (Levine 2018): a 9-biomarker Gompertz formula computed in JavaScript from the persona's labs — verified against an external implementation to within 0.13 years, never hardcoded.

Arabic display as patient safety
The bidi trap treated as patient safety: RTL rendered blood pressure 118/76 as 76/118 — fixed globally with unicode-bidi isolation on every clinical numeral and verified programmatically.

The decision that matters
He treats a right-to-left rendering quirk as a patient-safety incident, not a CSS bug — a blood pressure that displays backwards is a clinical error, and the fix is now a binding rule for every Arabic health interface he builds.

Verification and delivery
Every claim verified in a real browser via Playwright at mobile viewport — three bugs were findable no other way.
Production asset engineering: images 3.3 MB → 159 KB (96%), animated exercise figures ~7 KB each; 873 public-domain exercises adopted only after rejecting AGPL and unlicensed alternatives.

كل ادعاء تُحقق منه في متصفح حقيقي عبر Playwright بمقاس جوال — ثلاثة أخطاء ما كانت لتُكتشف بغير ذلك.
هندسة أصول إنتاجية: صور من 3.3 ميجابايت إلى 159 كيلوبايت (96%)، و873 تمريناً بترخيص عام نظيف بعد رفض بدائل AGPL وغير المرخصة.
